After several years of procedural modeling research, we developed a radically different 3D application that allows the creation of cities nearly 10 times faster than existing solutions. The software consists of several tools for the automatic generation and editing of large-scale urban layouts, as well as a unique shape grammar for the efficient modeling of detailed building models.

After registration, you can download also three tutorial projects (archived as one zip file). Note that the trial also contains a help (Quick Start Guide, Tutorials, Shape Grammar Reference etc.) to assure a smooth start with the CityEngine.
