Please read these terms of use carefully. Unfortunately, we are compelled to request you for legal reasons to leave our Internet pages if you cannot observe these rules. Your use of these Internet pages or of any content presented in any and all areas of the Internet pages (the “Site”) indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to these terms of use.
Intellectual property
Except for references expressly to the contrary, all data, works, inventions, designs, concepts, ideas and other elements of the Site (the “Intellectual Property”) belong exclusively to Procedural Inc., a Swiss corporation having its offices at Technoparkstrasse 1, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland (“Procedural”).
Authorized Use of the Site
Unless otherwise noted, Procedural hereby authorizes you to electronically copy or print in hard copy any document published by Procedural on the Site solely for private, non-commercial use or for your internal reference purposes within your organization. You agree that all such copies shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.
Any software available to download from the Site is the copyrighted work of Procedural and/or its suppliers or licensors. Use of such software is governed by the terms of an end user license agreement accompanying the software (the “EULA”). Copying the software to any other location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited, unless otherwise permitted by the EULA.
Any other use of the Site or of information provided by Procedural without prior written approval from Procedural or the appropriate supplier or licensor is strictly prohibited. In case of infringement Procedural is entitled to judicial enforcement and restitution of the legal status in addition to any claim for compensation.

Any links to third party sites are provided solely for your convenience. Such sites are not under the control of Procedural, and Procedural is not responsible for their content.
Linking and Framing
You may link to the Site by linking to the home page. “Deep linking” to any other pages is only allowed upon prior approval by Procedural.
Privacy Statement
Procedural may use “cookie” technology to obtain non-personal information from its online visitors. Procedural does not, however, use cookies to collect personally identifiable information.
Procedural does not, without your permission, distribute to third parties personal information you have submitted to this Site. Procedural will use reasonable efforts to limit the risk of unintended disclosure, but will accept no liability for such disclosure.
User Posted Information
From time to time, Procedural may provide certain portions of the Site to permit users to transmit or post communications, including discussion groups, bulletin boards, chat rooms, talent forum, and user forums (“Posted Information”).

The Site is provided to you “as is”. Procedural makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied with regard to the site, its contents, or its operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Procedural disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In particular, Procedural disclaims any warranty with regard to the contents or the information or materials contained therein, or that the Site or its contents will be free of errors, viruses or other components that may cause damage.
No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you expressly understand and agree that Procedural shall not be liable to you for any damages, including consequential damages, loss of profit, special, indirect or incidental damages.
Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the laws of Switzerland shall govern the interpretation of these Terms of Use, regardless of conflict of laws principles.
